Bree has 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Content Creator and On Camera Talent. Along with many industry certifications, Breann has her degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health from San Diego State University. Breann has a strong passion for bringing cutting edge programming to the masses in a fun and entertaining way so fitness becomes the best part of your day! She believes that daily movement is a key component to improving your mood, bettering your health, and achieving an overall happier life. She provides plenty of options and modifications so any BODY can enjoy class in a safe and effective way!

“After 2.5 weeks of just walking and minimal strength training videos, I decided to replay a Kick It Live Class from Dec 14. After working out with Bree consistently, I figured I know all the modifications as she always says low impact doesn’t mean high intensity. I still burned 490 calories with modifications, and was around my average heart rate with no jumping or burpees. Most importantly, I felt a bit more like myself. She really isn’t lying when she talked about modifications!
