The other week my son came down with a cold. He rarely gets sick, so for him to be down a couple of days I knew it must've been bad. I thought for sure I was going to get sick next from taking care of him. This past weekend it was my husband who got sick. The odds were not in my favor. I tried to avoid it, but yesterday I had a scratchy throat all day. I didn't feel like myself and had hardly any energy so I skipped working out. Woke up this morning with a sore throat. I was like here we go. Luckily I was able to work from home. I actually started feeling better later in the day. Not 100%, but I had enough energy to do Strength #1. It wasn't my best workout, but it wasn't my worst either. The workout itself I loved - moving to the beat makes it go by so fast. I am sweating buckets. My husband told me I better get a shower first before I even think about sleeping in our bed. 😂
